itunes or whatever podcasting thing you use

Okay, we plan to do 1 podcast a week. The show should be posted by Sunday nights around 9pm ish if we stick to our plan. I'm new to this podcasting shit, but from what I understand, you can use itunes or some other programs to subscribe to our podcast. Use the following URL to subscribe to our show with your podcasting software: http://feeds.feedburner.com/AnyKineKineShow.

Fo add our show to your iTunes do dis:
Make sure you have a version of iTunes that supports Podcasting. There should be a Podcasting selection available in the left column in iTunes. If not download iTunes here: Apple iTunes
After you get em' installed, den do dis:
1. Go to the top menu, highlight "Advanced", select "Subscribe to Podcast..."
2. You will see a popup box "URL", copy and paste this URL: http://feeds.feedburner.com/AnyKineKineShow
3. Select "OK"
4. Select "Podcasts" in the left column.
That's it, should be downloading oready, jus listen.
